Wii Fit, Don's foot and other things

I am loving our Wii Fit! I'm up to 43 minutes a day and I've never enjoyed any kind of exercise so much. I hate it when things interfere with my exercising! You should try it if you hate to exercise..the games are fantastic!

I'm trying so hard to lose weight and can't seem to. My clothes are fitting better though and are even sort of loose. I can bend my knees so much better now, which helps me in my job. Now if I can just eat less...(she says as she munches on pretzels at 12:12 a.m.)

Don went for a heart ultrasound yesterday. He left work early and drove to American Fork, only to find that their tech had called in sick and they couldn't reach him to tell him his appointment was cancelled. They called our home and his cell phone number but they had the wrong number for his cell, so he had to reschedule. He said "If I do have a heart condition then I might be dead before that appointment". It was very annoying! His leg is better but his foot and ankle are still swollen. I don't think there's anything wrong with his heart but the doctor wants to be thorough. I do hope he won't have to live with this for much longer. I'm beating all his records on Wii Fit! He doesn't like that much!

Christie and Travis moved to a new apartment in Mesa. It's only 1/2 mile from their old one, but it's in a new ward, stake and mission! Christie orchestrated the whole thing. She found the new apartment on the internet and it's much nicer than their old one, and cheaper, too! Plus it's a gated community and a second floor apartment, which makes me happy. I'm so glad for them that they got the whole thing done, got moved and cleaned the old apartment out! Good for them.

Jesse and Karina are busy, busy, busy with the end of the semester. Jesse graduates in April with his BS in Computer Science from BYU. Karina will finish her Associate's at UVU in the fall. I am very happy with their accomplishments. They've worked hard and I know they are excited to finish up. Lilly has been a trooper through all of this. Tonight I talked to her on the phone and I asked what Mommy and Daddy were doing...she said "homework". Funny that a 3 year old knows what homework is!

Life is good.

That's awesome you are so committed to playing the wii fit! It is fun! I haven't been on it nearly as much as I should be but I am doing a ton of yard work right now that is exhausting me so at least that's something. I'm sorry about Don's canceled appt. They should bump him to the front since it wasn't his fault. glad your knees are feeling better! That definitely helps! Awesome about Christie! That's a lot of work to organize a move like that!

You have more energy than I do! I can't seem to lose weight either! I think it is a bad joke on the older generation! Hope Don is feeling better soon!

So glad Trav and Christie got moved Ok. I really like the new digs. Hopefully Christie will be happier there.
