I had my left eye done today and it went well, also. Very little achiness, just a little blurriness that lasted about 10 minutes. When I left the eye doctor's office I pulled out onto Provo Canyon Road and the sun hit me and that DID hurt! But it was fine. The pressure in my right eye, the one that was done nearly 2 weeks ago, has gone from 25 to 19. So he thinks the surgery has worked. He'll measure the pressure in both eyes in another week or so.
Tomorrow we leave to spend the night in New Harmony, and then on to Arizona on Thursday. I am so excited to see Christie and Travis. We are going to go to the temple together and cook a Thanksgiving meal, since they won't be able to come up here. Christie has only missed one Thanksgiving at home in her life, and I think it's harder for her to miss Thanksgiving than Christmas. She loves the food so much. Anyway, we will see them in just two days! Now I need to go pack!
We will miss seeing Jesse, Karina and Lilly on Sunday though. Lilly is in love with Halloween. She has a love/hate relationship with our little screaming witch. She wants everybody else to push the button that makes the witch cackle and her eyes glow green. She says "Scary" and stays a good distance away, and then wants us to do it again! She does love the little ghost that is voice activated. What a cutie she is!

Grandchildren are the best! and it sounds like they just keep getting better and better. I love our first little one and love the new baby stage but can't wait until he can say GRANDMA! Thanksgiving dinner sounds great--lucky children you have.

And you MUST be posting some new pictures of Lily. It has been too long!!!!
