Oh, and there's nothing that can be done about the stiffness. So if you see me acting like a little old woman, not able to stand up for a few minutes, it's because I AM a little old woman!

I am officially an empty nester now. My husband and I have been married since 1975 and still have a great time together. I have two wonderful children who are married to two fantastic people, and the best little granddaughter in the world.

Believe it or not, fish oil capsules really helped my arthritis. But yes especially in the winter months joints start being none too happy
