So Don and I went to see Twilight yesterday afternoon. He was afraid he'd be the only guy there, but there were others, thank goodness. We thought we'd have a hard time getting tickets but we were able to reserve some for the 4:10 show at Thanksgiving Point.
The movie was great! I was very excited for Robert Pattinson's performance as Edward and equally unexcited for Kristen Stewart's performance as Bella, but ended up loving them both. The action scenes were, for the most part, really good and the story was taken directly out of the book. There was even a cameo, a la Stephen King, by the author of the series, Stephanie Meyers. The setting was perfect....I loved the scenes where Bella was saved by Edward after visiting the bookstore, and where Bella visited the vampires' home....and of course the prom. I would recommend it to everybody! Afterwards we visited the new Olive Garden in American Fork and got take-out. It was a great evening! Go see Twilight!

Holly and Heidi went on Friday night and couldn't stop talking about it. They are now in love with Emmett. I've only read the first one and half of the second one. My girls can't believe I could stop in the middle but it seems that I never have time to read. Besides that, I can't stop once I start and stay up all day and night reading.
I'm glad you and Don had a fun evening. Now, next, let's have one together!
Oh, Emmett is really cute in the movie, so I can see them liking him!

oh yeah, and you have to go beyond the middle of the second book. The series gets much better. I didn't like the first book much, but I loved it on the big screen!
