Great news! Don returned to work yesterday. He only worked 1/2 day but today he stayed until 3:00. He said he was doing great while working but stepped outside to catch his bus and all of a sudden got exhausted. That's the way I am the first few weeks of school each year so I think it's totally normal. He says his vision is better sometimes and then not as good. But I am very encouraged that he can work at all. Thank heavens! What a blessing work is!
In other news, I got a great haircut from my friend Alona. Last time she cut my hair she was alarmed that I was losing tons of hair. I've always had so much hair that I didn't worry, but then I started noticing it, too. I mean, I easily got a huge handful each time I combed my hair! But now it's back to normal. I wonder if it was hormonal or something. Whatever, now I have a cute new haircut for vacation.
Nothing else is new here. But the fact that Don is back to work is huge for me!

I love how a new haircut makes me feel! That's awesome and perfect timing with vacation coming up! Can't wait to see it! Glad to hear that Don is feeling good enough to go back to work and praying he continues to get better and better with each day.
Thanks, Jen! It's sooo nice to have him back at work! It was hard for the first three days but today he did really well. So we're both hopeful that, with time and recovery, he'll be back to normal. I really hope I won't have to take him to the bus stop before school each day. It takes me 1/2 hour, believe it or not, which messes up my morning. Good to hear from you!
The hair problem was probably stress! I hope it gets better too!
Glad Don was able to work a bit and seems to be doing better. Hope that your stress level goes down and that your hair bounces back PRONTO !!
